UP1CN is the trading and manufacturing brand of ANAC Communication Limited, a company established in 2003 with offices in Shenzhen, China and Ilfov, Romania. For over 20 years we have built electronics, traded components and manufactured to spec for clients around the world.
Over the years we have traded electronic components — purchased, lab-tested and shipped to clients only after verification — alongside computer parts and displays. We have supplied thousands of smartphone screens, manufactured thousands of meters of high-quality industrial cable to client drawings, and produced plastic injection molds and parts. Today we combine that deep experience with rigorous, lab-verified quality control to deliver reliability across borders.

A manufacturer of stadium seating (folding seats for football stadiums) needed three spring types at once: two torsion spring variants (left and right) in nickel-plated 55CrSi steel, and a locking spring in 301 stainless steel — all to the JIS G3522 international piano-wire standard and tight dimensional tolerances, since these springs must open and close thousands of times without fatigue.
We verified the raw wire against a full test certificate (chemical composition and mechanical properties) to JIS G3522. Initial sample inspection flagged a slight dimensional deviation on some units — before shipment, the springs went through additional processing that brought them precisely back into spec. We then inspected 100% of the units, not just a sample, on a dedicated Go/No-Go fixture to ensure no out-of-spec part reached the client.
The overall concept came from the client — a reusable box system to replace cardboard for household moves, including a dedicated solution for hanging clothes. The client also supplied drawings for the internal compartment layout of the kitchen box.
Building on the client's concept and drawings, we proposed the material solution — a rigid outer shell in Polygal (twin-wall polypropylene sheet) for repeated reuse, with an EVA foam lining inside to protect fragile items — and adapted the internal compartment drawings for actual construction. Since every part was non-standard, extensive technical adaptation was needed across the design. The hanging-clothes box also required a last-minute change to its exterior design after a stability issue was identified. (A third, simpler red box was sourced off-the-shelf from an existing supplier.) In all, about six months of shared work — from the client's original idea and drawings to a finished, manufactured product.
